So I have been missing a pair of grey underwear from this company. On my original it said that item was delayed then I emailed after awhile seeing what was going on with that last pair. Same issue here. I don't have the item it never made it. I made sure the address was right because we had moved since originally ordering and it was accurate 110 John Allen road Elizabethton TN 37643.

Low Rise, uncomfortable fit.

After waiting for a year & a half, the product finally showed up and was not worth the wait. They ride low on the backside if you have any level of dump in your truck. I’m a fit swimmer, but they felt like low rise constantly. Wife did not approve. 1 out of 10 experience and 3 out of 10 on product.

Poor customer service

The boxers were nice but the service has been ridiculous. Dropped orders, bad communication, delays lasting months. Terrible

Style doesn’t match photos

Style and fabric was completely different from the photos, which was disappointing.

These also fit weirdly and aren’t stretchy in the right way so tend to slip down over the butt when I move, which makes them not very functional. Wish I hadn’t washed them and could return.
