In the USA, orders over $50 include free shipping. For orders under $50, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and are usually between $5 and $11.
Please allow 2 business days after the date of purchase for handling. Standard Delivery within the USA can take 2-7 business days and Priorty Shipping within the USA is up to 3 business days. We deliver from Los Angeles, CA, so all items have already passed US customs.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
We want you to feel confident about ordering with us. You have 15 days from the day you receive your order to return your garments for a full refund or an exchange. There is a $5.00 fee for return labels within the USA and will deducted from your refund. For returns outside the USA, we are not able to offer return labels and you would need to return the item on your account. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for returns & exchanges. All garments must be returned in their original condition (free from hairs, odors, stains, etc) Once we receive your return and we will inspect the item and confirm if the condition is good. If the product is in its original conditon, you will receive a full refund or the new item. For hygienic purposes, panties and boxer briefs cannot be returned or refunded.
Yes, manufacturing defects in AYA clothing are eligible for a full refund. Please note that natural wear and tear, including pilling and abrasion, are not considered factory defects and are therefore not covered by the Warranty. Further, damage incurred by the user – including, but not limited to, rips, tears and damage occurring during washing when care instructions are not followed – are not covered by the Warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive an AYA garment that you feel is defective, please contact our customer service department so that we can arrange the return and inspection of the garment to determine if the defect falls under the Warranty.
